Información del producto
- Palladium nitrate dihydrate
Palladium(II) nitrate dihydrate is a tetronic acid that reacts with chloride to form palladium chloride. Palladium chloride has been shown to react with carbon sources such as acetylene, ethylene, and methane to yield the corresponding carbonyl chlorides. The reaction mechanism for this process is not yet fully understood. Palladium nitrate dihydrate is soluble in water and forms a white precipitate when heated. It has been used as an analytical reagent for the determination of chloride in organic solutions. Diameters of palladium nitrate dihydrate particles are typically between 10-100 nm, and the particle size can be controlled by changing the concentration of water in the reaction mixture.
