Descripción:3-Pyridinecarboxaldehyde-d4 is a synthetic chemical that functions as a polymerization initiator. It is used in organic solvent and light emission experiments, as well as reaction systems. 3-Pyridinecarboxaldehyde-d4 has been shown to have a pharmacokinetic profile that is linear with respect to dose, with an elimination half life of approximately 20 hours. The chemical treatment of 3-pyridinecarboxaldehyde-d4 with hydrochloric acid produces the hydrolysis product 2-(3-pyridyl)acrylic acid, which can be detected through infrared spectrometry and gel permeation chromatography. This chemical has also been used for lithography and developable silicon production. 3-Pyridinecarboxaldehyde-d4 has a residue of -C(=O)NH-.
