Propargite is a pesticide that belongs to the group of synergists. It has a synergistic effect with other pesticides, such as DDT and chlordane. Sublethal doses have been shown to have a synergic effect on the chemical response in receptor activity studies in mice. Propargite also has a disulfide bond which is necessary for its stability and function.
