Pigment Yellow 14 is a yellow pigment that belongs to the group of polyaromatic hydrocarbons. It has a particle size of 0.1-0.5 microns and consists of nitrogen atoms, intramolecular hydrogen, and magnetic particles. Pigment Yellow 14 is insoluble in water but soluble in organic solvents such as glycol ethers, fatty acids, and polycarboxylic acids. It has been detected using analytical chemistry methods such as spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, and electron microscopy (EM).
