Descripción:Pyrazin-2-yl-hydrazine is an antibacterial agent that inhibits the growth of bacteria by binding to the bacterial 50S ribosomal subunit. It has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells in vitro and in vivo. It also has a protective effect against neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease, by inhibiting tyrosine kinase activity. Pyrazin-2-yl-hydrazine has been shown to have antimycobacterial activity against mycobacterium tuberculosis and Mycobacterium avium complex.
