Información del producto
- 4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol, 4-phenyl-
4-Phenyl-2,4-dihydro-3H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thione (PDT) is a chemical compound and an inhibitor of the enzyme tyrosinase. PDT is a crystalline solid that has a molecular weight of 170.15 g/mol and a melting point of 103°C. It is not soluble in water or ethanol and has an isotropic crystal structure. The crystallographic data are monoclinic with space group C2/c. The atomic coordinates are given in Table 1, which lists the bond lengths (Å) and bond angles (degrees). The crystal structure was solved by direct methods using SHELXS97 software.
PDT can be used to inhibit tyrosinase activity when combined with radiation therapy for the treatment of skin cancer such as melanoma and metastatic melanoma. This drug can also be used to treat other types of cancer such
