Descripción:Pre-ELM-11 is a catalyst that is used in water purification and desalination. It has been shown to have high selectivity for anions, outperforming other porous materials. Pre-ELM-11 has been shown to be nonporous, which prevents adsorbates from being absorbed or adsorbed onto the surface. This allows the material to be highly selective for anions over cations. Pre-ELM-11 also has a high uptake capacity, which makes it suitable for use with fluorine compounds such as hydrogen fluoride and hydrofluoric acid.
