Polyamide 6/66 is a polyamide with a reactive functional group. It is used in the production of polymer films with diameters of up to 1.2 meters and has been shown to have high resistance against water vapor and divalent hydrocarbon, as well as having an average viscosity of 2.5-3.5 x 10-6 Pa·s at 25°C (77°F). Polyamide 6/66 is also known for its significant cytotoxicity when exposed to cells and optical properties such as being translucent or opaque depending on the thickness.
