Descripción:BTK inhibitor 1 (Compound 27) is a potent and selective inhibitor of B-cell receptor kinase, which has been shown to inhibit the formation of tubulogenesis in vitro. It is a small molecule that binds to the apical membrane of cells that line blood vessels, including endothelial cells, and regulates cell proliferation. Compound 27 inhibits the activation of GTPases such as cdc42 and RhoA and inhibits tubulogenesis by regulating the expression of caveolin-1.
