Descripción:MX69 is a compound that inhibits the BCL-2 protein. It was developed as an anti-cancer drug, but has also been found to have an inhibitory effect on PD-L1 and pd-l1. MX69 has shown to reduce the mitochondrial membrane potential of cancer cells, causing cell apoptosis. It also reduces pro-apoptotic proteins, such as Bax and Bak, which are involved in programmed cell death. This drug is low potency and does not kill healthy cells in culture. MX69 has been shown to be effective against chemotherapy resistance and can stabilize the protein Bcl2 in cancer cells with high levels of this protein.
