Amgen IRE1± Inhibitor is a biological sample that can be obtained from humans or animals. Amgen IRE1± Inhibitor may also have a role in the transfer reactions of proteins. The homologous protein for this drug is found in humans and other mammals. This drug has a signal peptide that targets it to the endoplasmic reticulum, where it inhibits serine protease activity by binding to Grp78. It is also known to regulate protein synthesis by inhibiting cycle analysis.
