Descripción:Reboxetine mesylate is a drug that belongs to the class of tricyclic antidepressants. It is a selective and potent inhibitor of neuronal reuptake of norepinephrine (noradrenaline). Reboxetine also interacts with neurokinin-1 receptor, which may affect locomotor activity and hippocampal formation, resulting in effects to memory and learning. It has been shown to be effective in the treatment of symptoms related to depression and Parkinson's disease.
