Descripción:Sarolaner is a broad-spectrum anthelmintic drug that belongs to the group of control agents. It has been shown to be effective in the treatment of infestations caused by animal parasites, including sanguineus and sanguineus-related species. Sarolaner is active against worms (nematodes and cestodes) in animals and humans, with a wide safety margin. The drug is also effective against gastrointestinal nematodes and lung nematodes. Sarolaner has very low toxicity in animals, which can be attributed to its chemical structure consisting of a bicyclic heterocycle. The drug is administered orally for prevention or treatment of helminthiasis in dogs, cats, cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, horses, rabbits and other animals.
