Descripción:Sodium hydrosulfide is a chemical that binds to DNA, thereby preventing transcription and replication. It has been shown to induce neuronal death in experimental models of stroke. Sodium hydrosulfide also inhibits the activity of enzymes such as polymerase chain reaction, dinucleotide phosphate, and phosphoglycerate kinase.
