1H-1,2,3-Triazole is a chemical compound that is a potent inhibitor of the enzyme toll-like receptor. It has been shown to have antiviral activity in the form of an active antiretroviral therapy against HIV. The 1H-1,2,3-triazole inhibits the growth of human pathogens by blocking the formation of dna duplexes due to its ability to inhibit enzymes and prevent intermolecular hydrogen bonding. This drug also prevents intramolecular hydrogen bonding and nitrogen atoms from forming with hydrogen bonds. The 1H-1,2,3-triazole may be a potential drug target for HIV due to its ability to inhibit HIV replication.
