Descripción

Trifloxystrobin is an analytical method used to measure the concentration of trifloxystrobin in a sample. The sample preparation involves dissolving the sample in a solvent, followed by addition of a dispersive solid-phase extraction (DSPE) matrix. The DSPE is then washed with water and dried. Residual solvents are removed from the DSPE using vacuum or nitrogen gas. Trifloxystrobin is then eluted from the DSPE and analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The HPLC analysis can be performed using either preparative hplc or normal-phase hplc, depending on the concentration of trifloxystrobin in the sample. Trifloxystrobin has been shown to inhibit enzyme activities such as amino transferase, which catalyzes amino acid transfer reactions, and polymerase chain reaction (PCR), which amplifies DNA sequences.
