Descripción:TRH-Gly Pyr-His-Pro-Gly-OH is a synthetic glucocorticoid that binds to the glucocorticoid receptor. It has been shown to be effective in inhibiting tumor growth and reducing the size of tumors in rats. TRH-Gly Pyr-His-Pro-Gly-OH has also been shown to reduce the release of calcium from intracellular stores, inhibit the biosynthesis of messenger RNA, and inhibit DNA synthesis in human tumor cells. It is used to treat patients with cancer and those with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
