Tetrakis(dimethylamino)tin is a tin compound that has been used in the manufacture of coatings and as a photoelectron source. Tetrakis(dimethylamino)tin is used for the fabrication of heterostructures for applications in optoelectronics and vapor pressure sensors. Tetrakis(dimethylamino)tin also exhibits a high growth rate and can be used in gas sensing devices due to its sensitivity to hydroxyl groups.
