• Descripción: Tiadinil is a control agent that belongs to the class of cinnamic acid derivatives. It acts by binding to a receptor on the cell membrane, which leads to an increase in intracellular calcium levels. Tiadinil has been shown to activate epidermal growth factor (EGF) and may be used for the treatment of skin disorders with localized inflammation. The effective dose of tiadinil is between 10-30 mg/kg/day, which is lower than that of other control agents. This drug is synthesized by asymmetric synthesis, which gives it high detection sensitivity and a low effective dose. The chlorine atom in tiadinil can be replaced with other atoms such as bromine or iodine, which cause different effects on cells.
