Descripción:Tripyrrolidinophosphine is an organic compound that has been shown to have anti-cancer properties. It is a white or yellowish crystalline solid, which is soluble in water and ethanol. Tripyrrolidinophosphine has been shown to inhibit the replication of HIV-1, human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) by binding to the dna duplexes. Tripyrrolidinophosphine also inhibits cancer cell proliferation and tumor growth in mice by inhibiting the production of cells that are essential for tumor growth. This drug has also been shown to be active against Trichomonas vaginalis, an infection caused by protozoa in the female reproductive system, as well as intestinal parasites such as Entamoeba histolytica and Giardia lamblia.
