It also has an inhibitory effect on thermodynamic data such as the heat of vaporization, heat capacity, and entropy. The addition of trifluoroacetic acid to an organic solution containing hydrogen bonding interactions increases the solubility of tetrabutylammonium fluoride trihydrate in the organic solutions.
