1-Tert-Butoxy-4-chlorobenzene is a chemical that has been shown to cause depression in the nervous system, and may be carcinogenic. It is used as an intermediate in the synthesis of other chemicals, but it does not have any approved uses for humans. 1-Tert-Butoxy-4-chlorobenzene can be found in the blood and milk of lactating animals, and has been detected in human urine.
