Descripción:Tanzisertib is a small molecule that is being studied for the treatment of cancer. It has been shown to inhibit the phosphorylation of c-jun and collagen, which are proteins that play an important role in the development of cardiac disease. Tanzisertib inhibits the binding of a number of protein inhibitors, such as erythropoietin receptor (EPOR), epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR2). This drug also has immunomodulatory effects, which may be due to its ability to inhibit the production of inflammatory cytokines. Tanzisertib has been shown to inhibit tumor cell proliferation by inhibiting protein synthesis and cell division, which may lead to tumor shrinkage.
