Descripción:4,5,6,7-Tetrafluoroindole-3-Carboxaldehyde is a synthetic compound with inhibitory activity against sulfonyl hydroxamate and tryptophanyl hydroxamate. 4,5,6,7-Tetrafluoroindole-3-Carboxaldehyde inhibits the synthesis of tryptamine and the formation of formyl and alkaloid compounds by inhibiting the enzyme indoleamine 2,3 dioxygenase (IDO). This compound is also able to inhibit the production of tryptophan in bacteria.
