Descripción:
11-cisVaccenyl Acetate is an insect pheromone that is found in a number of plants, including tobacco. It is used as an insecticide and also has been shown to have reproductive effects on other insects. 11-cisVaccenyl Acetate has been shown to inhibit the synthesis of testosterone and estradiol in male rats, which may be due to its ability to act as a neurotoxin by inhibiting acetylcholine release from cholinergic neurons.
