Descripción:
2-Methoxyethyl methacrylate is a copolymer that is used as a monomer in the production of polymers. It has been shown to be reactive with fatty acids and human serum, and is useful for making copolymers with other compounds. 2-Methoxyethyl methacrylate can also be used to make polymers for use in thermal expansion applications. This polymerization is not inhibited by hydroxyl groups or kinetic data, and does not react with metal chelates. The polymerization of this monomer occurs at high temperatures and produces a polymer that is soluble in organic solvents.
