CDK 4/6 Inhibitor-D6 is a monoclonal antibody that inhibits the activity of CDK4 and CDK6, which are key enzymes in the cell cycle that regulate the progression from G1 to S phase. This drug has been shown to inhibit tumor growth in xenograft tumor models. It has also been shown to induce apoptosis in cancer cells by inhibiting the methyltransferase activity of EZH2. The pharmacokinetic properties of this drug have been characterized in a multivariate logistic regression model, and it may serve as a potential biomarker for prostate cancer treatment.
