Cisapride is a drug that is used for the treatment of gastrointestinal and metabolic disorders. It has been shown to be effective in treating symptoms of bowel disease and reflux, as well as preventing or reversing drug-induced constipation. Cisapride relieves symptoms by stimulating the smooth muscle cells in the gastrointestinal tract, which causes peristalsis and increases the movement of food through the intestines. Cisapride also has anti-inflammatory properties and may be used to treat other diseases such as congestive heart failure, antimicrobial agents, pharmacological agents, reaction solution, treatment trials.br>br>
