Descripción:Ulixertinib is an investigational drug, which is an inhibitor of the receptor tyrosine kinase MET. Ulixertinib has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells and induce tumor regression in a xenograft model of human lung adenocarcinoma. It also inhibits the growth of cancer cells by blocking cell cycle progression at G2/M phase and inducing apoptosis. Ulixertinib inhibits MET-mediated phosphorylation of downstream signaling molecules that regulate cell survival, proliferation, motility, angiogenesis, and metastasis. Ulixertinib hydrochloride is a high purity product with a purity level > 98%.
