Descripción:Panulisib is a Toll-like receptor (TLR) modulator that inhibits the TLR signaling pathway. It has been shown to inhibit the replication of certain viruses and to induce significant cytotoxicity in cancer cells. Panulisib binds to the toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7) and prevents it from activating downstream signaling pathways, which may be due to its ability to inhibit endothelial cell proliferation. The drug also shows some activity against hepatitis B virus-induced hepatitis in preclinical studies. In addition, panulisib inhibits growth factor signaling pathways and suppresses tumorigenesis by inhibiting the downstream effects of angiogenesis.
