Información del producto
1,8-Dibromoanthracene is a nucleophilic organic molecule that can undergo reductive elimination by coordination with palladium. This compound has been shown to react with hydroxyl groups and form supramolecular structures. 1,8-Dibromoanthracene is also able to undergo tautomeric and luminescence reactions. The presence of the hydroxyl group causes a red shift in the emission wavelength of the compound. 1,8-Dibromoanthracene is an isomer of anthracene, which has no hydroxyl group and does not emit light.
