Descripción:VU0661013 is a translation inhibitor that inhibits the mTORC1 pathway by binding to the TORC1 protein. It has been shown to have senolytic properties, which may be due to its ability to inhibit the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and chemokines, as well as its ability to induce apoptosis in cancer cells. VU0661013 does not affect other cellular pathways, such as those involving cap-dependent translation and protein synthesis. There are currently no studies on the effects of VU0661013 on healthy cells or patients samples.
