Información del producto
N'-(3-Bromo-4-hydroxybenzylidene)-2-(9-oxo-10(9H)-acridinyl)acetohydrazide is a competitive inhibitor of the ion channels TRPV1 and TRPA1. These channels are activated by capsaicin and allicin, respectively. The inhibition of these channels by N'(3-bromo-4-hydroxybenzylidene)-2-(9-oxo-10(9H)-acridinyl)acetohydrazide results in analgesic, antihyperalgesic, and antiallodynic effects.
TRPV1 is a receptor that is expressed in peripheral sensory neurons and mediates pain sensation. TRPA1 is a receptor that is expressed in peripheral sensory neurons and mediates pain sensation.
