Descripción:ZL006 is a potential drug target that has been shown to inhibit the activity of GABA transaminase, an enzyme that breaks down the neurotransmitter γ-aminobutyric acid. It also inhibits neuronal death caused by ischemia reperfusion injury in rats and may have therapeutic effects on Parkinson's disease. ZL006 has a hydroxyl group at the para position, which is important for its pharmacological properties. It also has inhibitory properties against locomotor activity in rats and rotarod test performance in mice. ZL006 has been shown to be well absorbed orally and distributed throughout the body after intravenous administration, with a half-life of approximately 45 minutes.
