• Descripción: N-Glycyl-DL-asparagine is a glycosylated amino acid that is synthesized endogenously in mammals. This molecule has a hydroxyl group and a hydroxy group, which are susceptible to chemical reactions. N-Glycyl-DL-asparagine is stable in the presence of acidic conditions and can be used as a histidine or sephadex g-100 binding protein. The inhibition study showed that it is an inhibitor of the enzyme mesenteroides amide amidase, which catalyzes the hydrolysis of N-glycineamide.
