Descripción:Carazolol is a non-selective beta-adrenergic receptor antagonist that is used as an anti-arrhythmic, bronchodilator, and vasodilator. Carazolol binds to these receptors in the heart, lungs, and blood vessels. It has been shown to reduce the permeability of the blood vessel walls in animal models. This drug also has a chiral center at C4, which has been shown to affect its receptor activity. Carazolol can be detected using LC-MS/MS methods with a detection limit of 0.1 μg/L.
