Descripción:ALLO-2 is a natural supplement that contains a hydrophobic molecule that can cross the blood-brain barrier. It has been shown to be beneficial for patients with Parkinson's disease and medulloblastoma. The ligand of ALLO-2, which is a dopamine molecule, binds to dopamine receptors on the surface of neurons, thus inhibiting their activity. This prevents the transmission of signals from one neuron to another and thereby reduces neuronal activity in various brain regions. The interactions between ALLO-2 and cells are nature-dependent, meaning they depend on the type of cell it interacts with. In cancer cells, ALLO-2 inhibits tumor growth by inducing apoptosis (cell death). In pluripotent stem cells, it induces differentiation into mature neural cells. In normal cells, it has been shown to inhibit neural cell proliferation.
