Descripción:NNC45-0781 is a potent and selective activator of the GABAA receptor. It is a peptide, which binds to the GABA binding site on the GABAA receptor. NNC45-0781 has been shown to inhibit the growth of cells that are resistant to anti-cancer drugs, such as temozolomide, in vitro and in vivo. NNC45-0781 binds to these cells by activating the GABAA receptor, leading to cell death by inhibiting protein synthesis.
