Descripción:ML355 is an antithrombotic agent that inhibits platelet aggregation, which is the first step in the formation of a blood clot. ML355 binds to dinucleotide phosphate (DNP) and blocks polymerase chain reaction (PCR) by preventing DNA synthesis. This drug has potent inhibition of fatty acid synthesis, which is important for cancer and inflammatory diseases. ML355 has also been shown to inhibit collagen-induced platelet aggregation in vitro, suggesting that it may be useful as a treatment for thrombotic disorders.
