Descripción:1-Benzyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid is a cannabinoid receptor antagonist that binds to the CB2 receptor and blocks its activity. 1-Benzyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid has been shown to inhibit the growth of colon cancer cells in vitro by preventing the activation of the CB2 receptor. This drug also inhibits the synthesis of nitric oxide, which is an inflammatory mediator. 1-Benzyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid may be used for treating diseases that are associated with inflammation, such as Alzheimer's disease and arthritis.
