Descripción:TUG-424 is a small molecule that inhibits the activity of fatty acid synthase and other enzymes involved in the synthesis of lipids. It has been shown to be effective in the treatment of skin cancer, as well as metabolic disorders such as diabetes, by regulating glucose levels. TUG-424 is an inhibitor of protein synthesis and energy metabolism and has been shown to inhibit cancer cell growth in vitro, as well as tumor growth in vivo. The drug also has a specific affinity for activated cells with a neutral pH, making it an ideal candidate for cancer therapy.
