Descripción:PAT-505 is a noncompetitive inhibitor of catalysing. It is a small molecule that can bind to the extracellular surface of cells and inhibit the activity of catalysing, which is an enzyme involved in inflammation. PAT-505 inhibits the activity of catalysing by competing with substrate for binding sites on its active site. This drug has been shown to be effective in treating inflammatory diseases, cancer, metabolic disorders, and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. PAT-505 also has pleiotropic effects that are not well understood.
