CRT0066101 is a protein kinase inhibitor that has shown to be effective in inhibiting the growth of cancer cells. CRT0066101 inhibits the activity of HER2+ breast cancer cells by binding to and blocking the function of protein kinases, which are enzymes that regulate cell growth. The mechanism of action for CRT0066101 is not fully understood but it may be due to its ability to inhibit protein synthesis or block the activation of transcription factors.
