Descripción:Liarozole dihydrochloride is a retinoid that is used as cancer treatment. It is a synthetic all-trans retinoic acid prodrug, which is converted to all-trans retinoic acid in the body. Liarozole dihydrochloride has been shown to have anti-cancer activities and to induce differentiation of cells. It can be used for the diagnosis of dysregulation in the expression of genes that are involved in cancer development. Liarozole dihydrochloride also has anti-cancer effects on colon cancer cell lines and inhibits tumor growth. In addition, it has been found to inhibit the proliferation of stem cells from malignant tissue samples and to promote apoptosis in these cells.
