Descripción:TES-1025 is a small molecule that was discovered through the use of a high-throughput screening process. It is a Sirtuin inhibitor that has been shown to have cancer prevention and treatment properties in vitro and in vivo. TES-1025 binds to the molecular target, SirT1, which inhibits the enzyme's ability to regulate metabolism and cell growth. TES-1025 has also been shown to be effective against cisplatin-resistant cells by boosting biosynthesis. This drug also reduces serum alanine levels in mice with metabolic disorders and tissue damage due to sensorineural hearing loss.
