Descripción:dBET57 is a molecule that targets the ubiquitin-proteasome system (UPS) by linking the ubiquitin protein to the proteasome. It has been shown that dBET57 binds to bromodomains and modulates gene expression in cancer cells, inhibiting cell growth. The e3 ubiquitin ligase can also be inhibited by dBET57 through binding to its target site. This leads to lysis of cancer cells and induces autophagy, which is an important cancer therapy.
