Descripción:Ac-Leu-Leu-Nle-H (Aldehyde) is a Toll-like receptor ligand that is active against bowel disease. Aldehyde has been shown to have chemotherapeutic effects in vitro and in vivo, even at low doses. It also inhibits the growth of certain cancer cells by inducing apoptosis, which may be due to its ability to activate the nuclear factor kappa B/Toll-like receptor pathway. This agent has been shown to bind to DNA, inhibit transcription, and induce programmed cell death. Aldehyde also binds to proteins that are involved in protein synthesis and cell division. These properties make it useful for the treatment of infectious diseases and cancer.
