Descripción:Methylamine sulfate is a chemical compound that is used in industrial processes as a viscosity reducing agent. Methylamine sulfate is a primary amine that can act as an acceptor of protons and electrons, and so it can be used to generate molecular ions. This process is called ring-opening, which occurs when the methylamine molecule donates a proton and electron to form ammonia.Methylamine sulfate is also used to synthesize liposomal formulations with boron nitride or cationic surfactants, chloride, and tuberculostatic activity.
