Descripción:Oxendolone is a synthetic, non-steroidal hormone that stimulates the release of growth hormone (GH) from the anterior pituitary gland. It is used in the treatment of GH deficiency and Turner syndrome. Oxendolone also has been found to act as an activator of ion channels, as well as binding to other receptors such as dopaminergic, serotoninergic and benzodiazepine receptors. This drug binds to protein ligands by binding to the amino acid residues near the active site of enzymes or receptors. It also can be used as a research tool for pharmacology and cell biology studies in order to study protein interactions and peptides.BR>
