Descripción:BKT140 is a potent and selective inhibitor of the CXCR4 receptor. It blocks binding of the chemokine stromal cell-derived factor-1α (SDF-1α) to its receptor, inhibiting cellular proliferation and inducing apoptosis in human cancer cells. BKT140 also inhibits the activity of cyclin-dependent kinases, which are enzymes that regulate the progress of cells through the cell cycle.
